Yoga Lessons


We’re excited to share that the PAC is happy to sponsor school-wide yoga lessons for all students! 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Yoga is a wonderful way for kids to move their bodies, calm their minds, and have fun together.

Through simple poses, breathing, and mindfulness, students can build strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. Yoga also helps children develop focus, manage stress, and practice self-regulation—skills that support learning both in and out of the classroom.

We’re thrilled to offer this inclusive, positive experience to every child in our school!
